I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arcadia Cottages and I must say, my experience far surpassed my high expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm welcome and thorough tour provided by the attentive staff. the Forest cottage where I stayed was not only stunning but also exceptionally clean and well-equipped. the spa, a personal favorite amenity of mine, offered a truly relaxing experience that set the tone for a perfect getaway. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the attention to detail in accommodating dietary needs. As a gluten-free traveler, I was delighted to find a variety of breakfast options tailored to my requirements, including gluten-free bread and cereal alongside the delicious spread of eggs and bacon. the cozy fireplace and the presence of an electric blanket were lifesavers on chilly nights, ensuring that I stayed warm and snug throughout my visit. the large, comfortable bed with a selection of pillows allowed me to have a restful night's sleep, while the spacious room with large windows provided breathtaking views of the surrounding gardens, creating a serene atmosphere. the proximity of the property to various restaurants, cafes, and shops made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. the beautiful gardens on the premises were meticulously maintained, offering a peaceful retreat right at my doorstep. the excellent Wi-Fi connection in the rooms also allowed me to stay connected while enjoying the tranquility of the cottage.
